Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a supportive space where you can meet one-on-one with a therapist to talk through your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It usually starts with an initial conversation where your therapist gets to know you and what you’re going through. From there, you’ll decide together with your therapist how often you'll meet and what to focus on, including exploring your concerns, building coping skills, and working toward your personal and treatment goals. This type of therapy is really flexible and can help with many things like anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply navigating life’s ups and downs. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a private, safe space to talk and get support tailored just for you!

For trauma work, EMDR and/or ART may be recommended by your therapist.
