How it works…
Some teens need structure and some expressive independence. Our Rotating Week Schedule provides both.

Structure-Week: Structured Art Activity
During structure-weeks, our licensed therapist leads a group art activity using a variety of mediums such as painting, drawing, clay, sketching, and writing prompts. These activities are carefully designed to stimulate creativity, encourage exploration, and facilitate emotional expression.

Flexi-Week: Client-Driven Art Projects
During flexi-weeks, clients are encouraged to bring in their own art projects. Whether it's painting, drawing, writing, or any other form of creative expression, this week allows participants to explore their personal interests in a supportive environment.

Group Processing:
Following the first 50 minutes of art-making, the remaining 50 minutes is dedicated to group processing. Participants have the opportunity to share their artwork, discuss their experiences, and reflect on their emotions in a supportive and non-judgmental space. Guided by our therapist, group processing allows for deeper insights, connection with peers, and personal growth.
