Taking care of our mental health is just as important as our physical health. I believe healing and thriving occur through creating new meaning from our life experiences and through nurturing loving connection with others and ourselves. I also understand coming to therapy to get help with life's challenges can be scary. You don’t have to do this alone, and I will go at your pace and support you in developing the skills and confidence to face those challenges. Every human is worthy of love, acceptance, and respect just as they are, and I work hard to create a safe space for my clients where they feel they can share and be themselves.

I have loved working with all of my clients - I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families, including children and adolescents. My educational background is focused on adolescent and child development, and I have additional expertise in cross-cultural and inter-racial/ethnic dynamics within families and couples.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, that wonderful and also tough transition in becoming a new parent, or other life challenges, I am ready to work with you to help you achieve your goals!
