Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based, eye movement therapy that helps individuals quickly and effectively process trauma and other distressing experiences. By using guided imagery and rapid eye movements, ART allows the brain to reprocess painful memories and stuck emotions—without the need to relive the trauma in detail. It helps resolve symptoms such as anxiety, fear, guilt, and physical tension by calming the nervous system and replacing negative images with more peaceful ones. Many clients experience significant relief in just a few sessions, feeling lighter, more in control, and emotionally free. Get scheduled for your first ART session today!
