I work hard to ensure that all family members feel supported in the treatment process.

I have unique and focused experiences in working with children, and I am trained in EMDR. Specific therapy techniques I use most include Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychoeducation, Exploratory Sandtray Therapy, Adlarian Play Therapy, Autplay Therapy, Child Centered Play therapy, and EMDR.

Everyone experiences challenges differently. You are the expert with your situation. No single therapy method fits all. I offer many therapy theories, methods, techniques & experiences, and I look forward to helping you on your healing journey.

"Self care is very important for all of us, both physically and emotionally. Some of the things I enjoy doing for my emotional self-care includes spending time with my family,  taking quiet time for myself, playing tug-of-war with my dog,  building things, reading, and spending time with nature whether it be in the mountains, gardening, working with animals, or noticing a pretty sunset."
