I have extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults who have trauma, from minor to severe. No matter the struggle, I believe nothing is impossible to overcome! I use systemic and evidence-based techniques, such as ART, play therapy, sandtray, DBT skills training, and narrative, to help clients feel empowered and capable of conquering life!
